Understand the source
We inspect the system, its dictionaries, its historical structures and the records that must move before the migration is specified.

Map the destination
We work from the destination documentation and the client’s real requirements, mapping fields and relationships only once both sides are known.
- 03
Extract and rebuild
We extract the source faithfully, unpack structures modern tools cannot read and rebuild explicit, documented datasets for the target.
- 04
Reconcile and hand over
Counts, control totals and agreed reports are proved against the source. The client receives the data, the evidence and the documentation.
The handover
Usable data, with a defensible trail back to source.
Delivery is shaped by the tender and the destination. That may mean a production database, target-ready datasets, or agreed open formats including SQL, CSV, Parquet and JSON.
