What this website collects
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or behavioural analytics.
If you use the enquiry form, we collect the name, work email address, organisation, reference and message you choose to provide. We use that information only to assess and respond to your enquiry. Do not submit personal records, system credentials or tender documents through the form.
Cloudflare hosts the website, processes form requests and delivers form notifications. Like other hosting providers, it may keep security and request logs that include an IP address and basic request information.
If you contact us
Whether you use the form or email us directly, we hold your message and contact details for as long as needed to respond and maintain an appropriate business record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list or sell your details.
Data we handle for clients
This notice covers the website only. Where we process records on behalf of a client organisation, that organisation is the data controller and we act as a processor under a separate written agreement. That agreement — not this notice — governs where the data is held, who may access it, how long it is retained and how it is destroyed.
Clients receive those terms as part of engagement. Prospective clients can request them before signing anything.
Third parties
Cloudflare provides website hosting and form delivery. Google supplies the typefaces used by the site. Those providers process the technical information needed to deliver their services under their own privacy terms.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, or ask us to delete personal information we hold about you, and to complain to a regulator. To make a request, email us.
If we hold information about you as part of a client engagement, the client organisation is the controller and requests should go to them — though you are welcome to contact us and we will point you the right way.
